1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food items (pickles, snacks, powders) once opened.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders placed using discounts, offers, or promotional coupons.

3. Refund Process

  • After your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup (if applicable).
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy
