- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable food items (pickles, snacks, powders) once opened.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Orders placed using discounts, offers, or promotional coupons.
3. Refund Process
- After your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup (if applicable).
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
