After a thorough wash with clean water, the leaves are dried gently under a double-layered UV-protected polycarbonate solar dryer at temperatures below 45°C — a carefully controlled process that helps preserve Vitamin C and other sensitive nutrients. Once fully dried, the leaves are ground into a fine powder using stainless steel equipment, then sieved for a smooth, consistent texture.
